Thank you for seeing a need in this area for childcare services. You not only saw the need, but you decided to give a Personal Touch to the business.

In August I moved from Harrisburg to this area looking for childcare. I also have been in the business for some time. As I walked up and down Broad Street, and in and out of other daycare centers, Personal Touch stood out from all the rest. Why? It was colorful, the staff was approachable, and the price was right.

After seven months of excellent care for my child Jai Olivia, I have joined your excellent team.  Congratulations on your 1^st Anniversary and may there be many, many more.

Dear Ms Yolanda,

I am so pleased to say that Personal Touch has such an incredible staff that is totally in tune to Donovan and all the other children in regard to their individual development and personalities. As a working mother, it is very important that Donovan is well cared for on a daily basis. Even though it’s hard for me to leave him every day, Personal Touch makes it easier on me because I know he is happy and well taken care of. Not only does Personal Touch provide excellent care, but they also provide great education. An example of this is the early introduction of Spanish that is taught by Mr. Pete.

As the ending of the school year approaches, I am so happy with the knowledge Donovan has gained with the pre-school program. Ms. Teresa has a great talent for working with children and it truly shows in Donovan.
